You look good in pink (while you fight breast cancer)

It’s time for the fabulous Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk

Here’s a great cause and great fun too. Join us on October 12! From my friend Tracy at the American Cancer Society – the Official Sponsor of Birthdays.

We need you!
Volunteers are needed to work behind the scenes at our Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Kino Sports Complex in Tucson. Volunteers will be assigned individual tasks according to the needs during the event. Often these tasks include assisting with setup, registration, hosting booths, passing out refreshments, clean up, and much more.
Are you ready to help with a PINKTACULAR event?
Last year there were about 8,500 walkers in pink tutus, feather boas, hats, crazy stockings, and everything imaginable. Together we raised $311,000 to support women facing breast cancer, local programs, and breast cancer research. This event, combined with over 300 events nationwide, raised over $60 million last year. By turning awareness into action, we can save more lives from breast cancer with every step taken and every dollar raised.
Please help us make this event successful by joining in the fun and helping us Finish The Fight Against Breast Cancer!
If interested, please contact Tracelyn Sutton at (520) 320-6384 or tracelyn.sutton@cancer.org
Thank you!
