Sitting Too Much is a Killer

sitting too longThere is a great deal of research indicating that sitting too much is a killer. A recent study comparing ┬áTV watchers with more active adults showed a 50% risk of death from any cause, and a 125% increased risk from events associated with cardiovascular disease in the more sedentary group.
